Zelinka Priamo Ltd. secured ZBA approval for an 11 storey mixed-use building in the City of Toronto, which introduces 206 dwelling units and over 2000 sq.m of non-residential GFA in an emerging City of Toronto neighbourhood. The development revitalized an underutilized site, occupied previously by a single storey strip mall and surface parking, replaced instead by a development that contributes towards a complete, walkable community, which includes the provision of a multi-use linear trail through the site, providing a mid-block public connection from Lawrence Avenue, to the adjacent Meadoway Trail Urban Park system, which links 16km of trails and 15 parks throughout the east end of the City.
