Zelinka Priamo coordinated approvals for a large warehouse distribution centre on an approximately 73 ha parcel of land at the northwest corner of Coleraine Drive and Healey Road in Bolton. The warehouse distribution centre that provides for approximately 135,396 sq. m of total building space along with trailer parking, is the largest Canadian Tire distribution centre in Canada.
